fix: DragSmooth Repeat Call MoveScale
`DragSmooth` calls `MoveScale` followed by `MoveSmooth`, and `MoveSmooth` calls `MoveScale` within `MoveSmooth`, resulting in duplicate calls to `MoveScale`.
