Fix differences between prettier.
packages/oxlint-config: add lit-html + web-component rules behind a `lit` option
oxlint's JS-plugin host is ESLint v9-compatible, so it loads eslint-plugin-lit
and eslint-plugin-wc directly via `jsPlugins` — no rule re-implementation needed.
`createOxlintConfig({ lit: true })` registers both plugins (aliased `lit`/`wc`)
and enables their `flat/recommended` rule sets, matching the coverage the former
`@goauthentik/eslint-config` provided. Off by default so non-web packages are
unaffected.
