Set TEMPORAL_ADDRESS/TEMPORAL_CLI_ADDRESS on temporal container. (#226)

Browse Source 
This avoids some auto-detection log messages and allows the temporal cli to
connect to the server in the temporal container, not just
temporal-admin-tools.
