Teffen Ellis 802867ab3e web: adopt @goauthentik/theme tokens in the app styles ...

Bridges the package's --ak-* tokens onto the existing PatternFly 4
variables (token-bridge.css), imports the theme into the base
stylesheet, reserves the cascade-layer order in the global entrypoints,
and migrates ak-drawer onto the spacing tokens.

Depends on the @goauthentik/theme package and its web wiring; rebase
onto main once that lands.
